remote.Proxy Class

This class is deprecated.

Class for JSON request proxy. When using a proxy for an URL, Ajax requests to this URL will be queued for some time before sending them all in one go.

Instead of having one post "request" array, you will now have a post "requests"(plural) array sent to the server where each item in the array is a "request" object.

Create a new proxy for an url

Parameters:

Example:

new ludo.remote.createProxy('controller.php',{delay : .3 });

This creates a ludo.remote.Proxy object for the "controller.php" url.

How long to wait(in seconds) before sending queue of requests to the server.

Fires event delayChange

Fires when the value for the configuration attribute delay is changed. You can listen for the event using the on method if you wish to be notified before the attribute's value has changed, or using the after method if you wish to be notified after the attribute's value has changed.

Parameters:

  • e EventFacade
    An Event Facade object with the following attribute-specific properties added:
    • prevVal Any
      The value of the attribute, prior to it being set.
    • newVal Any
      The value the attribute is to be set to.
    • attrName String
      The name of the attribute being set.
    • subAttrName String
      If setting a property within the attribute's value, the name of the sub-attribute property being set.
